The problable reason why you got banned is because you went against the rules / guideliness made by Wave. If you don't obide by the guideliness and or cause the business harm you will be permanently blacklisted via your IP (VPNS not allowed)

To claim VIP benefits you have to join the discord @ discord.gg/wavescod, make a ticket and show the order ID + Receipt of your order, after i confirm you're subscribed and bought VIP, i will provide you with your benefits depending on your VIP rank.

To get the download, you must join the discord, when you do you will be granted the customer role automatically, if not make a ticket and provide necessary info about your purchase soo we can confirm you bought it, and we will provide the necessary loader.
